It's been awhile since I posted any races online. It's not that I haven't ran any, but that life came to a crossroad, and I had to go a new route. I recently divorced on March 20th. This all came out of the blue for me. I had a hard time running after that, but I struggle through, and running helped to relieve a lot of stress.
Three races that I did in that time were the Fly With The Eagles, Crab Orchard 1/2 marathon 1:36:14 16 16th/97 overall and third in age 35-40, The Nutrition Fair 5K Carbondale 19:22 9th/103 3rd in age 30-39, and SI 10K Crab Orchard 40:46 4th/86 overall 1st in age 35-40.
